In October 2016 80 professionals got together to talk about the future and possible next steps for the organisation as a whole. During a two-day inspirational journey the participants stepped out of their comfort zone in search for inspiration and possible solutions. TO CHANGE OR NOT TO CHANGE was the dominant question. At the end of the 2 days THE HOLY GRAIL wasn't found (thank God!). The future will knock on the door, that much is certain. If it is to be it is up to me! Ten words with one clear direction.
